SHIPPING INFORMATION

STANDARD SERVICE

We offer competitive shipping rates on all US purchases. For all standard shipments we use FedEx or USPS 2-Day priority, insured. We are happy to ship overnight upon request. Please note that overnight shipping costs will be charged to the customer. We ship Monday through Friday and exquisite gift-wrap is available with our compliments.

A signature will be required to receive your package. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate you.

We do not issue refunds on items damaged in shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

We use FedEx for all international shipments. Please contact us for shipping costs. We ship Monday through Friday and exquisite gift-wrap is available with our compliments. A signature will be required to receive your package. Orders shipped to countries outside the US are subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of any international shipment will be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs clearance requirements can cause delays beyond our control.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

REFUNDS | ONLINE PURCHASES

Should you decide to return any item(s) you purchased from Isadoras online, please notify us within two days of receipt.


U.S. and International Purchases

You may return the item(s) for a full refund, less shipping charges (if applicable).

All item(s) must be returned in their original condition.


We do not process refunds for items damaged in shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier.

Please Note: Items purchased in the Seattle store are not eligible for a refund.


RETURN PROCESSING | ONLINE PURCHASES

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email.

Your refund will be processed within seven business days.

Please Note:  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
